What is free and what is Plus?
Free keeps up to 5 orders with return-window reminders and shipping reminders. Plus adds unlimited orders, warranties, card warranties, renewals, Gmail import, recall alerts, calendar export and the claim kit.
How does “free forever” work?
You pay $24 for your first year and $12 for your second. After that we stop charging you and your Covered Plus license stays active for good, on up to 3 computers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. See our refund policy.
Is my shopping data private?
Your orders are stored only in your browser on your computer. We don’t have an account system and never receive what you buy. See our privacy policy.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax. We never see your card number.
